WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: Generate an Image in Photoshop
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: AI is important in photography because it significantly enhances image quality by automating tasks like exposure adjustments, noise reduction, and subject recognition, allowing photographers to capture better photos with less effort, streamline their post-processing workflow, and achieve creative effects that were previously difficult to manage manually; essentially making photography more accessible and efficient for both amateurs and professionals alike.
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will create an image purely using Ai!

This image was taken by photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson in 1932.
As you look at the image...
How would you describe it?
What are the details?
Take a moment to look it over!
Today's task is simple!
NO photography at all.
In your blank document you will use "Generate Image"
Based on the image above, write a prompt to try to describe it and get an initial image.
Then used selections and Generative Fill to improve upon it.
The goal is to try to recreate Cartier-Bresson's photo exactly (or try to get close)!
To start...click on the Generate image box in the Contextual Task Bar that is floating on your workspace.
Make sure to select PHOTO for the content type!
In the box on the left write a prompt based on the image above.
Be as detailed as possible. Remember you are trying to recreate what is in the original image!
Look at the details of the original image...what do you see?
Once you think you have it, click the generate button!
Wait for the image to generate
When Photoshop is done, the contextual Task Bar gives you 3 options to choose from!
In this example we need ALOT more detail!
On the right...the Properties Panel shows your prompt.
Here is where you can start to make changes and add DETAIL!
Then click GENERATE again!
You can also use the lasso tool on the image to select part of the image (You may use the lasso and selection tools and the Generative fill/Generate image tools ONLY!)
Then in the Contextual Task Bar click Generative Fill, add a new prompt and click GENERATE!
No Copy/Paste of the original photo is allowed!
Make sure your photo is Black and White!
Create an adjustment layer ad choose Black & White
