WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: IMAGO is a human development platform that combines content, training and technology to improve human happiness and productivity over time.  

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Learners will develop collaboration skills to enhance teamwork, solve problems, and drive workplace success.

HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will perform a series of lessons throughout the year!

Each group member picks one of these roles to act as during their collaboration: 

Shrinking Violet: Holds back ideas, avoids disagreement, agrees quickly. 

Bulldozer: Dominates the discussion, pushes personal ideas, interrupts others. 

Steady Anchor: Listens actively and shares their ideas openly, balances confidence with humility. 

Observer: Watches the discussion, noting what behaviors helped or hindered collaboration.
